1. Our Privacy Philosophy
Tryto believes your personal goals, habits, and execution metrics are your most private assets. The application is built under the principle of Privacy by Design and strictly adheres to the core principles of GDPR, CCPA, and the ePrivacy Directive.
2. Client-First Local Storage Architecture
All your goals, KPI targets, habits, protocols, and check-in logs are stored directly on your personal device (via Web Storage / LocalStorage). Tryto's servers do not collect, store, or have access to your personal productivity data.
3. Minimal Technical Telemetry
When loading the web application, standard low-level network telemetry (IP address, browser type, preferred locale) is processed solely to serve static assets and deliver live version updates via Server-Sent Events (SSE). No personal identity profiles are constructed or shared with third parties.
4. Local Storage & Cookie Usage
Tryto uses LocalStorage solely for essential functionality: (1) Persisting your KPIs and habits; (2) Storing your language choice; (3) Remembering your privacy preferences and UI state. We perform zero third-party behavioral advertising tracking.
5. Your Global Data Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You maintain complete and absolute control over your data:
Right to Data Portability: Export your entire dataset as a clean JSON file anytime from the Data Management page.
Right to Restoration: Import and restore your backup JSON file on any device instantly.
Right to Erasure: Permanently purge all local data from your browser with a single confirmation step.
